Refund Policy – PikaSMM

At PIKASMM, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy outlines how we handle refund requests, balance credits, and payment disputes for users and resellers using our SMM panel services.

1. General Refund Terms

  • All payments made to PikaSMM are final and non-refundable.
  • By adding funds or placing an order, you confirm that you understand and agree to this policy.
  • Refunds are issued only as account balance credits in eligible situations; no direct cash or card refunds will be provided.
  • This policy applies to all services, including manual orders and API-based reseller transactions.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds (in the form of balance credits) may be approved under the following conditions:

  • Failed Delivery: If a service cannot be completed due to a provider or technical issue, the affected amount will be refunded to your account balance.
  • Partial Completion: If an order is only partially delivered, a proportional refund will be applied to your PikaSMM balance.
  • Duplicate Orders: If two identical orders are placed by mistake, one may be completed without done.
  • Service Cancellation: If an order is canceled before processing begins, the payment will be credited back to your balance.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Orders placed for private or deleted accounts will not be refunded.
  • No refunds are issued for incorrect links, invalid order URLs, or user errors.
  • Once an order has started processing, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Refunds are not applicable for low-quality or dropped engagement caused by social media platform changes.
  • Balance funds that remain unused for over 180 days may be forfeited without refund.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

To maintain platform integrity, users must not open chargebacks, payment disputes, or unauthorized claims through banks or payment processors.

  • All refund or dispute requests must be made through our official support channel (support@pikasmm.com).
  • Initiating chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate account suspension and loss of all remaining balance.
  • Fraudulent activity or false claims will be reported to payment processors for permanent account bans.

5. Order Accuracy & Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for ensuring all order details — such as URLs, usernames, and quantities — are correct before submission.
  • Do not place multiple orders for the same profile, post, or video simultaneously. Doing so may cause inaccurate delivery, which is not eligible for refund.
  • PikaSMM is not responsible for delays caused by platform algorithm changes, server maintenance, or other external factors.

6. Refund Process

  • All eligible refunds are credited to your PikaSMM balance for future use.
  • Refund reviews may take up to 24–48 hours after a verified request is submitted.
  • Refunds cannot be transferred to external payment methods or withdrawn as cash.

7. Account Suspension & Refunds

  • If your account is suspended for violating our Terms of Service, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
  • Users engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior will lose refund eligibility permanently.
