Terms of Service – PikaSMM SMM Panel

Welcome to PIKASMM (“Website”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”). By accessing or using our SMM panel services, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using the platform.

These terms govern your access to and use of all PikaSMM services, including but not limited to purchasing social media marketing services, API integrations, reselling, and use of our website.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, using our platform, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use PikaSMM or its services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PikaSMM. By registering, you represent that all information provided is accurate and that you have the authority to agree to these terms.

3. Service Overview

PikaSMM provides social media marketing (“SMM”) services for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and others. These services may include followers, likes, views, comments, or similar engagements. All services are intended solely for marketing and promotional use.

4. General Use

  • You agree to use PikaSMM responsibly and lawfully, in accordance with all applicable platform policies (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time, with or without notice.
  • Unauthorized use of bots, scraping tools, or malicious activities against our systems may result in permanent suspension.
  • Our pricing and service availability are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Orders & Delivery

  • All orders are processed automatically through our platform or via API.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided for each service but may vary depending on server load and platform conditions.
  • We do not guarantee engagement beyond the purchased quantity. Additional engagement depends on organic activity.
  • If an account or post is set to private, deleted, or modified after order placement, no refund will be issued.

6. Reseller & API Usage

  • Our SMM panel API allows resellers to automate order processing and integrate our services into their own platforms.
  • By using our API, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and maintain security over your API credentials.
  • Resellers are responsible for managing their clients and ensuring compliance with these Terms of Service.
  • Abuse of API endpoints or excessive requests may result in throttling or suspension.

7. Payments & Account Balance

  • All payments are processed securely through authorized gateways. We do not store sensitive payment details.
  • Once payment is added to your account, it becomes non-refundable except in eligible refund cases (see Refund Policy).
  • Users are responsible for maintaining sufficient account balance before placing orders.
  • Fraudulent payment attempts or disputes may result in account termination and blacklisting.

8. Refunds & Disputes

  • Refunds are issued only as platform balance credits for incomplete or failed services.
  • Chargebacks, PayPal disputes, or bank reversals are strictly prohibited and may lead to permanent account bans.

9. Service Guarantee

  • We strive to deliver all orders accurately and on time. However, since delivery depends on third-party social networks, delays may occur.
  • PikaSMM is not responsible for any account suspension, removal of content, or penalties incurred as a result of using our services.
  • We reserve the right to replace or modify service types without notice to maintain quality and uptime.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms, abuse the system, or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Any remaining balance in a suspended account may be forfeited.
  • You may request account deletion by contacting support@pikasmm.com.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, code, branding, and platform technology are the property of PikaSMM. Unauthorized copying, reverse-engineering, or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

PikaSMM is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from service use, including loss of profits, data, reputation, or platform access. You agree to use the service at your own risk.

13. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how your information is collected and used.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available at pikasmm.com/terms.
